I enjoyed the hotel overall. I stayed here for 1 night, the venue was incredibly friendly, with good location close to the airport, Munich for 10 years, and S-Bahn. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV. Bathtubs in the bathroom was a plus.

I was horrified by the freezing cold room and underwhelming bed comfort. You'd think for the price i paid, i woudl ve been treated like royalty. No welcome gift or special treatment? Call me shocked.
